I hired Ashbi Creative Studio for a full rebrand and website. The goal was to create something that was bright, youthful and fun, while also reflecting the laid-back personality of the owner. After finding Bianca on Instagram through hashtags, they started with discovery questionnaires, followed by discovery calls to get a better understanding of the company. They then held follow up zoom calls to go over progress, which included social media templates, brand assets, and finally the development of the website. Bianca and Cameron from their team worked with us on this project. It resulted in increased webpage traffic and compliments from clients on our new branding. Their project management style was great with communication tools like Notion being used to keep us updated with the progress of the project. Most impressive about Ashbi Creative Studio is their talent level - they put so much into our brand that it took longer than expected because there was even more work involved than originally planned. I needed help with my website, design, logos, business cards and marketing. They were chosen because of the amazing talent already seen from their previous websites. A team of two, Cameron and Bianca, worked directly with us during this project which included building the website with one-on-one client meetings and creating a marketing program for the business with color palettes that helped make the brand stand out while still keeping its personality. The results have been great with a successful marketing campaign bringing in new customers even after 6 months. We found them to be very efficient and responsive to our needs and questions. To improve the process moving forward it could be helpful to get a better understanding on tech terms before starting any projects.

Our old logo, which we created on Fiverr, was too generic for our growing business, and we wanted something better. We found them by searching hashtags, and after a consultation, we had a follow-up meeting to discuss the mood board and then finalize the design. Ashbi's graphic designer team worked on this project with us, and they were very thorough and helpful every step of the way. We needed a new website to go along with our rebranding. Our previous website had become outdated, and we wanted a new site with modern functionality and design. Their project manager was our main point of contact with a graphic designer behind the scenes. We had daily communication using Zoom calls and emails. We needed a new website and a color scheme consistent with our logo, migrating the website over to their server for better maintenance, and providing regular updates and responsive support. We had a clear path forward which made it easier to get things done, however I'm not skilled enough to comment on any areas for improvement since everything went smoothly.
