Project enquiries
We use your name, email address, selected service and project description to respond to your enquiry. Company, website and timing are optional. When you arrive from a case study or campaign page, we include that page as context for your request. Please leave passwords, payment details and other sensitive information out of your brief.
When you submit a brief online, it is stored encrypted on our server and sent to our studio mailbox using Mailgun. We use this information to review your request and discuss the work with you.
Booking a call
Our booking link opens Google Calendar. Information you provide there is used to arrange your appointment with Bianca. Google’s privacy terms apply to its booking service.
Website activity
The site does not currently send interaction analytics to an external analytics provider. Local interaction events do not include the contents of your brief. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to serve and protect the website.
Your information
Contact us to ask about the information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion. We will discuss any information that needs to be retained in connection with an active project.
